Purchased Download Subscriptions

The following additional terms apply to purchased download subscriptions:

• All download subscriptions are automatically charged on a monthly recurring basis. You can cancel anytime.
• No refunds will be issued. The sole exception to this rule is if the service becomes nonoperational, and the subscriber requests a refund, in which case a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of days for which the service was nonoperational during subscriber's paid subscription period.
• Shared access of customer accounts is not allowed. Any customers suspected of sharing their accounts or secret URLs with others will have their subscriptions canceled and IP addresses permanently banned from the site.
• HTTP Header Check makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of any downloaded data provided in any paid download subscription. But if something looks wrong or inaccurate, please contact the website operator using the contact email address.
